Do I have to stop when going through the scoring lanes?

YES, You must SLOW DOWN- Slow Way Down  through scoring.
The Back up people will stop you to wipe the number on your helmet.
Crashing into the Antenna or another rider at scoring is grounds for a DQ, no exceptions.
Race on the track not in the scoring lanes.
Remember that back up scoring personnel must get your number.

Some events will have two lanes and 2 displays.

The Displays will show your rider number and your place on one line then display a second line (.5 sec delay) with your seconds behind.
