2009 Rider Number Renewal Fee is $20 You must have an ECEA Transponder from 2008 to Renew.

New riders in need of a Transponder for the 2009 Series, the Fee is $30
Anyone riding more than 3 ECEA Hare Scrambles should purchase a transponder and yearly number.

A rider can use a Transponder from another series as long as it can be re flashed with ECEA information. Check with sign up or scoring.
We advise all riders to Apply for our unit and avoid the hassle of re flashing the transponder before every event or waiting in line on race day.

PARENTS and YOUTH RIDER, You must read and agree to all waivers as listed at the end of this form. It is IMPORTANT that a Copy of the rider's Birth Certificate is on file with the ECEA and any notarized forms are MAILED into the ECEA or presented at Sign up. The Forms are listed Below for Download
If the forms are not on file with the ECEA you may jeopardize your  rider's year end points and/or the privilege to ride an ECEA event.

Rider Numbers will be based on the order they are received. Last Year numbers will be honored when possible up to February 2009, we will continue to assign requested numbers as they remain available.

Numbers from 1 thru 15 are reserved for the Top overall riders from the 2008 season.

IMPORTANT !!! Once you are assigned a number, you must mark your number plates in accordance with ECEA Rules.
The proper number plates will assist in identifying your bike to the race officials and scoring personal. Clubs are enforcing this for all riders. New riders or day riders will be given a temporary sticker at Signup or Tech.

2009 ECEA Minor Release and Indemnity Form – AMA Sanctioned Events

I hereby release, discharge, covenant, Not to sue or make any claim whatsoever against the American Motorcycle Association and its districts organizations, the American All Terrain Association, the promoters, sponsors and all other persons or organizations conducting or connected with this event for a injury to property or persons or my minor may suffer, including injury or death, whether such injury arises while I or my minor are preparing for or my minor’s participating in the event or while I or my minor are upon the event.
I know the risks of danger to my minor and my property whom is participating in the event and while upon the event premises and relying upon my own judgment and my minor’s ability, assume all such risks of loss and hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organizations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of any injury that I or my minor may cause or receive.  I agree to instruct my minor of the said dangers of his/her participation and will withdraw their participation if they feel unsafe I any way during the event or while on the premises.
I understand that ECEA events are subject to AMA rules. It is understood and agreed that in the event that if my minor is injured from whatsoever cause during an event authorized and operated under AMA/ECEA rules, I herewith consent to and authorized first aid and ambulance service as provided by the sponsoring club or property owners, and further to hold all parties harmless from any consequences of said aid.
