Hey Ken

Can a rider ride in the 50 open and 65 7-9 and get points in both class?

Well the AMA states that as long as he or she does not use the same bike in the two different classes. Also the tracks are going to be different so I would say yes.

Yes he must be on a different bike of another class...and meet age requirements.

50 cc Event on a 50, then 65cc in the 65 PW event, HE Also must meet the proper ages requirements of both classes.

A 10 year old PW trail rider can run the 7-10 trail class on his crf 80 and then run the youth 10-12 85cc class on a RM85..

Parents are URGED to use Judgment in placing their riders in an advanced class on a bigger bike, SAFETY is a concern and the HS Committee will reserve the right to enforce any safety concerns. Keep those lil guys having fun.....
