I'm too lazy to take a pic, but this is similar to what i have, but i have blue and thicker plastic, will hold up the heaviest 4 strokes no problem...

They work good I have 2 of the blue ones once the bike is up on them you can do whever you need to do and the bike never moves around on you.

I been using a rubbermade 2 step stool for years. Rated at 300 lbs but it holds much more.
