Weights?

Anyone have any weights they're looking to get rid of? I don't need many just a few small weights, any weight lifiting equipment you might want to get out of your house I'll take as well, i.e. benches bars etc. Trying to get in some kind of shape HA! let me know!

Neil you can usually find used weight sets at garage sales. You almost might think about heading down to the Flee Market at the Farmers Market in New Castle. It can also double as a site seeing trip cuz you'll see quite a few interesting characters.

In the mean time I've been out in my Canal section the past 3 weekends cutting trail. I can use some help to help whoop you into shape. If you wanta work shoot me an email.

P.S. You can even bring Danny and Larry cuz I'm sure they need some shape whooping as well. I'm also south side which is different from where you use to help out at on the north side. We have woods trails and no frag.
