what is the entry key for sign up?
Need to sign up 3 riders, do i need 1 for each?

Jim, each rider sets up his own key in his rider profile. They should share their key with you if they are giving you permission to enter them. However, many riders don't set one and therefore it is blank in those cases

still having trouble. if possible, i would appreciate holding a spot for 3 B riders while we get it worked out.
If mine gets thru, just know that we have 3 riders total.

I was able to register 2 people, we need to add one rider, i ncluded it in the instructions.
we will get it paid when it gets fixed.
