95% of parts will fit any 2001 – 2006 RFS model (250 – 525).
- Motor - 400 SX with 6 speed. Basically the same as an EXC except 1st is a bit taller and close ratio. If you listen closely in the video you can hear slight "clicking" coming from the motor. This issue IS in the bottom end, when riding the bike in 1st the clicking gets louder. I am not an expert, but my guess is a bearing let loose in the bottom end. Again, as you can see in the video, it starts and runs fine. However, you will need to take the bottom end apart and solve the clicking issue. Includes spare clutch cover gasket and decompression line and lever. $500
