anyone have your kicker motion stiffen up?
I was thinking crud got in the seal as it was really muddy the last time at the track
but I remember it worked fine after the last wash.
It runs through with out any click or clacks, it's just tight so it doesn't return.

is the seal replaceable from the outside or do you have to pull that case cover?

Happened to mine...you may have tightened your case cover too much....take it appart and put back together and mine worked fine. What to you want for $8,000??? Other than that...how was the play Mrs. Lincoln?

Paul.. Check your frame protector.. it maybe buldging out and draging on the backside of the kicker or the pivot knuckle..

Take the kicker and puch down by hand and look at those two areas during the down and up rotation.

With a little care, the seal can be replaced without removing the cover.

I had the same thing happened to me on my 2011 and 2012. Take it apart and grease it up very simple.

Bingo! you win the prize.
I had the clutch cover off but didn't think your comment pertained to me. I then realized the clutch cover bolts go through the secondary cover.
I loosened the two bolts on either side of the kicker and voila its like new again. Yippeee.
There is not much of a difference in torque between getting the cover tight and over torquing to where the kicker sticks.
Must be tight tolerances behind the kicker shaft.
Now it's all good, Thanks for the input.
