Just a quick heads up for folks who want to get the rear brake light switch on their ktms. I think most of us who have light kits on our KTMs go with the Enduro Engineering lighting kits. Good price and good product...no complaints. Wanting to get a jump on being compliant with the pending/possible rear brake light switch for next year I purchased the KTM brake light switch to plug into the harness in the box. However the KTM connector on the switch is not designed to work with the Enduro Engineering connector on the harness. Couple things can be done....hard wire the connection, change wire harness or Enduro Engineering makes the switch as well and you can go back to plug and play. For me I like the way the ktm is fit and finished with the wires comming out of the banjo bolt/sensor so I bought the Enduro Engineering switch and harness and will splice and hardwire that harness to the KTM switch/bolt set up. Then I can plug and play the ktm switch to the Enduro Engineering lighting harness. Just though I would give folks the heads up so they don't go crazy trying to find a round hole for a square peg. I'll let you all know how it works out later this week after it's done. wink.gif

Hey Jeff, what bike and year are you riding?

My 2004 450 EXC and my 2008 300 XCW are plug and play with the Enduro Engineering Light kit and Rear Brake Light Switch.

Did you call EE and ask them?

Regards,

Scott
